First, I want to recognize my lovely sidekicks running the front end of Nootopia: Mod - @Aradora: Jess joined the Nootopian Project about a month ago, rallied her friends and took it upon herself to help build a community worthy of the public’s attention! She has been solid on bridging the gap between the community and myself; keeping me posted on bugs, exploits, toxic players and more. She Earned Player of the Month not just for her faith in us to grow to be something fantastic but her efforts to help us get there! And for that I thank you Jess, much of this project would still be dusty and sitting in my external hard drive if it wasn’t for your faith and support <3
Admin - @R A T S T O R M: Beyond being a supportive girlfriend and equal shade thrower, Tara has been cranking on art for the Webstore, Helping with Web management, and is the sole reason I even brought Nootopia Back. Almost 4 months ago we opened a server space to play on because it gave us something to do together, look at us now. We have accomplished a lot from where it was and I owe you so much gratitude! This server is because of your support and continuous efforts to help anywhere and everywhere you can <3
Artist - gmwunnutt: This man has been willing to help with artwork for me for a while and we finally have a legit reason for it! The Merch Store is his baby, currently only has the Loot Noot design but we have loads of fun designs planned and will hopefully get the store stocked with great designs and memories for all to share and enjoy. *I bought the Metallic finish photo print, a t-shirt, and a sticker. Not disappointed so far <3
I want to congratulate @StoneSaysHi for being the first member to buy the [Legend] Rank. Stone has been super supportive and is helping form the community, greeting new players, guiding them, and helping them feel truly welcomed. "StoneIsTheBest" is a solid example of a Pengu worthy Nootopian and deserves the [Legend] Rank!
Last tidbit before we move on, I want to thank you! If you are reading this I assume you are a member of the community, or soon will be ;), and you being here helps! #TeamCactus don't fret, I didn't forget you, y'all each helped bring personality to the server and help me guide this the way it should be, community first!
Donations are appreciated, at the time of writing, we SMASHED the Monthly Goal with a 423%! Every dollar earned goes right back into the community, we’ll talk more about that soon. Keep voting for us daily and on all 5 sites, there’s lovely loot planned involving vote streaks and milestones ;) Can you vote 1000 times? Can you vote everyday for a year? Okay, *whew* that's a lot of thanks, and it’s not even Thanksgiving, lol xD. “You watching Santa?” Ok so let’s talk about the future. No- not Aliens and flying cars, I mean for us as a server. Simple answer, it has been a few days since we went live and we are already funded through the rest of 2019! *WOW* More complicated answer, we are never done changing, growing, and adapting. We have lots going on right now which is good but we have ideas and you have ideas and I love seeing this excitement stay around for as long as we can.
So I have a few “events” already planned and will be delicately using funds to help support those ideas. But I also want to see what you think: Poll Link These are what’s on the back of my mind right now, im mainly curious about priorities with this poll, hence only 1 vote. At some point all of these are coming but you can help choose which comes first! With that I want to remind you all, This server is for you just as much as it is for me. I want this to be a fun environment for those that have been playing Minecraft since Alpha, or those that JUST started: Becca ;). I am always watching listening and seeing where things seem to need more love.
